Thanks for sharing! Especially the yogurts to buy. I stopped buying yogurt because it was too many to choose from. I will try the ones you have suggested.
So happy to hear that – look for yogurt bacteria cultures that say: live and active cultures. One that states at least one: Streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus acidophilus, and/or Lactobacillus bulgaricus are all probiotics. Thanks for your comment!
